Every few years the Government conducts a national “SATISFACTION SURVEY” that is given to all the residents living in Skilled Nursing Facilities across the country and their family members. The most recent was in 2009 and the results were published in March 2010. Sudbury Pines won the honor of achieving one of the highest ratings possible not only in the Metrowest area, but also in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This Survey includes a variety of topics ranging from Overall Satisfaction, Resident Needs Met, Administrative & Personal Care Staff, Physical Environment, Activities Available to Residents, Personal Care Services, Food & Meals, Residents’ Personal Rights and [would you] Recommend to a Friend. The ratings first list 2007 and then 2009; for both Survey Years, our residents and families voted that between 98-100% of all of our residents and their families would ‘RECOMMEND’ Sudbury Pines Extended Care to their friends.
